SMP是低密度海绵或模塑专用延迟催化剂,可以增加泡沫硬度,特别适合用于密度在6-25kg/kg范围的海绵中,同时可提高泡沫硬度5-10%;
由于SMP可提高海绵的硬度,如果要保持同一硬度的话,可减低异氰酸指数大约2至3点,这样在经济角度来说是非常合算的;
无论是在MC配方,还是在有填料(CaCO3和三聚氰胺)的配方中SMP都可以改善泡棉的工艺性,减少开裂;
用途:
SMP广泛的用在软质块状泡沫塑料和热固化模塑中,推荐添加量:0.15-0.2 pphp。
储运:
应密封保存,储存于干燥阴凉通风仓库内
包装:
180KG/桶 贮存:建议存储在干燥和凉爽的地区并进行适当通风。原包装后请尽快扣紧包装盖,以防水分等其他物质的混入而影响产品性能。不要吸入粉尘, 避免皮肤和黏膜接触。工作场所禁止吸烟、进食和饮水。工作后,淋浴更衣。单独存放被污染的衣服,洗后再用。保持良好的卫生习惯。

SMP is a low-density sponge or a special delayed catalyst for molding, which can increase the hardness of foam. It is especially suitable for sponges with a density of 6-25kg/kg, and can increase the hardness of foam by 5-10%.

Store contaminated clothing separately and reuse after washing. Keep good hygiene.
