概述：

名称：聚氨酯催化剂SMP

SMP是低密度海绵或模塑专用延迟催化剂，可以增加泡沫硬度，特别适合用于密度在6-25kg/kg范围的海绵中，同时可提高泡沫硬度5-10%；
由于SMP可提高海绵的硬度，如果要保持同一硬度的话，可减低异氰酸指数大约2至3点，这样在经济角度来说是非常合算的；
无论是在MC配方，还是在有填料（CaCO3和三聚氰胺）的配方中SMP都可以改善泡棉的工艺性，减少开裂；
 
用途：
SMP广泛的用在软质块状泡沫塑料和热固化模塑中，推荐添加量：0.15-0.2 pphp。

 
储运：
应密封保存，储存于干燥阴凉通风仓库内
 
包装：
180KG/桶 贮存：建议存储在干燥和凉爽的地区并进行适当通风。原包装后请尽快扣紧包装盖，以防水分等其他物质的混入而影响产品性能。不要吸入粉尘， 避免皮肤和黏膜接触。工作场所禁止吸烟、进食和饮水。工作后，淋浴更衣。单独存放被污染的衣服，洗后再用。保持良好的卫生习惯。

SMP is a low-density sponge or a special delayed catalyst for molding, which can increase the hardness of foam. It is especially suitable for sponges with a density of 6-25kg/kg, and can increase the hardness of foam by 5-10%.

Do not inhale dust and avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Smoking, eating and drinking water are prohibited in the workplace. Shower and change after work. Store contaminated clothing separately and reuse after washing. Keep good hygiene.
